George’s practice focuses on high stakes civil litigation in both state and federal courts with an emphasis on commercial litigation, consumer litigation, construction litigation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and transportation litigation. Licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee, he has represented clients in a broad range of complex and difficult disputes in jurisdictions across the country. George has tried multiple cases to verdict and has also obtained numerous favorable results in pre-trial proceedings.

Representative Experience
Represented one of the country’s premier design firms in a case arising out of the design and construction of an underground stormwater detention vault. The plaintiff alleged that the excavation and bracing and dewatering activities necessary to construct the vault caused the ground underneath an adjacent apartment building to settle and resulted in structural damage to the building. Prevailed on summary judgment on the grounds that its client owed no duty to the plaintiff and that its design was not defective.
Represents hospital medical staff and physicians in medical malpractice litigation, credentialing matters, and other medical staff matters.
Successfully represented pipeline contractors in litigation across the country.
Obtained favorable settlement for general contractor against homeowner’s association in contract dispute.
Summary judgment for convenience store on dram shop case involving multiple fatalities.
Obtained favorable settlement for boiler supplier and technicians in boiler explosion case involving significant property damage.
Successfully resolved multiple premises liability cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.
Successful defense of luxury automobile manufacturer in breach of warranty lawsuits.
