Ross Bundschuh understands the technical, business and legal issues inherent in the multidimensional construction process. He works side-by-side with his clients to identify issues or problems and diligently works to resolve them. Ross routinely represents design professionals, general contractors, trade contractors, and property owners.
Ross served as in-house counsel for a global engineering firm, where he engaged in contract negotiation and formation, internal policy formation and creation during the COVID-19 pandemic, training and educational seminars concerning the basics of contract negotiation and legal pitfalls on projects, and claims handling. Ross utilizes his unique perspective gained from his experience in-house to provide holistic representation for his clients. The scope of Ross' expertise ranges from contract negotiations and formation through dispute resolution and/or litigation.

Representative Experience
Obtained summary judgment on a design-builder’s claims against WWHGD construction consultant client in excess of $60 million. In addition, South Carolina Court of Common Pleas denied design-builder’s Motion to Vacate.
Successfully negotiated a multi-year equipment and services agreement on behalf of a water meter supplier with county government.
Represented a general contractor in mediation in defense of a construction defect claim regarding an apartment complex.
Defended a drilling contractor for damages alleged to have arisen from striking underground utilities.
