Matan A. Scheier

Matan Scheier is an of counsel attorney in the firm's Miami office.

Mr. Scheier is a litigator who focuses his commercial litigation practice on construction law.  He represents and advises property owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes, including defect, contract, and lien enforcement cases.  Mr. Scheier also defends design professionals and consulting engineers in professional liability cases.

Mr. Scheier earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Race and Social Justice Law Review and was selected for a fellowship with the Center for Ethics and Public Service.
