Environmental and Toxic Tort
Our Environmental Law Practice Group has over 80 years of combined experience protecting and counseling client interests in all areas of policy, practices and law. In recent years, federal and state environmental legislation has become increasingly complex, reflecting heightened media attention as well as growing public awareness and participation in the establishment of environmental policy. The advent of toxic torts promises to evolve and expand in the future as dramatically as it has in the last 20 years.
Consequently, the need for our clients to understand and manage environmental legal issues, including claims and litigation, has become an integral part of their business and our practice.
