- Obtained summary judgment for structural engineers in multi-million dollar wrongful death case arising out of the death of an iron worker.
- Represented architect, structural engineer, and mechanical engineer in $67 million claim by contractor arising out of the historic restoration and renovation of court house.
- Represented engineering subconsultant to design-builder arising out of $70 million claim.
- Represented general contractor in property damage case where the roof of a warehouse collapsed due to building misdesign.
- Represented threshold inspector in a wrongful death case involving the collapse of a floor.
- Represented drywall company in wrongful death case.
- Represent designers and engineers in a wrongful death case involving a crane collapse.
- Represent civil engineers in connection with claims arising out of failure of underground detention system.
- Represent design-builder in connection with collapse of warehouse roof.

Trial and arbitration abilities are, of course, vitally important; however, a large number of construction disputes are resolved prior to trial. As a result, the members of our construction group have considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution, including structured mediation, mini-trial and summary trials.
Our construction litigation team has successfully litigated matters in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Russian Federation, Australia, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Mexico, the Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas. Our attorneys have also appeared before various Boards of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims and the General Accounting Office.
