Nevada Lawyer Features Scott Lachman Guest Article
LAS VEGAS (May 23, 2016) --- Associate Scott Lachman was recently published in the Nevada Lawyer for his guest column, “The Young Lawyers Compensation and Student Loan Survey”. Lachman, a former State Bar of Nevada’s Young Lawyer of the Year, discusses the concerns of the rising student loan debt among young lawyers. Scott states, “Little did I know that I would be paying off my six-figure loan while paying my infant daughter’s college tuition at the same time, in 2035. I am not alone.”
Lachman’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation and appellate practice. Prior to joining powerhouse litigation firm WWHGD, he clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Cherry of the Nevada Supreme Court. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from Michigan State University.
