He served as lead counsel in the longest civil jury trial in Nevada history on behalf of a Las Vegas casino. Lee received his B.A. from the University of Virginia before attending College of William and Mary Law School.
Tim Mott focuses his practice in catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, transportation and wrongful death. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest insurance companies in the world. Tim was selected by his peers as 2016 Legal Elite for Southern Nevada Best Up and Coming in Nevada Business Magazine. He received his B.B.A. from Dixie State University before graduating magna cum laude from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
Scott Lachman practices in the areas of catastrophic injury and appellate law. He is currently the Secretary of the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Nevada the Chairman of the State Bar of Nevada’s Disaster Legal Services Program. Scott served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Michael A. Cherry of the Supreme Court of Nevada for three years. He graduated with his B.A. and J.D. from Michigan State University.
