WWHGD Expands with Two New Associates
ATLANTA (December 14, 2015) — Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial is proud to announce the arrival of Nathan Quist and Steven Swartz to is Las Vegas and Miami offices, respectively. Quist and Swartz have joined the firm as associates.
Nate’s practice focuses complex civil litigation including catastrophic injury, insurance coverage, product liability, and premises liability. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude and his J.D. from University of Virginia, a top 10 law school. At UVA, Nate was an associate editor of the Virginia Tax Review. Nate began his career at WWHGD as a summer associate in 2014. Howard Russell, the office managing partner for Las Vegas states, “Nate excelled as a summer associate. And we are thrilled he elected to join as an associate. He will handle civil litigation cases across multiple practice groups.”
Steven’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, insurance coverage, premises liability, and construction litigation. After receiving his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Swartz went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending UM Law, Steven was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Additionally, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communications and Research I. Miami office managing partner Larry Burkhalter states, “Steven was a wonderful asset to the firm as a summer associate and has a promising career as a trial lawyer.”
