Bob, a partner at the powerhouse trial firm, Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn, & Dial, leads the Appellate Practice at the firm and has extensive experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Considered a “go-to” attorney for high-stakes appeals, Bob’s practice focuses on state and federal civil and criminal appellate litigation. He serves as an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law, teaching courses in appellate practice. A magna cum laude graduate from Harvard Law School, Bob received his B.A summa cum laude from Columbia University and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
