WWHGD Promotes Two Attorneys Partnership in 2012

Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys have been promoted to the firm’s partnership: Howard J. Russell and Shawn D. Scott. 

Howard Russell is a partner in the firm's Las Vegas office. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, premises liability, negligent hiring and retention and products liability. He has litigated and resolved numerous cases throughout the U.S. in suits involving serious injury, wrongful death and permanent disability. Mr. Russell received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his J.D. from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, Massachusetts and Nevada.

Shawn Scott is a partner in the Atlanta office, with a practice focused on civil litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. His particular areas of expertise involve claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death, products liability, mass and complex torts and professional negligence. Mr. Scott received his B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia. He is member of the bars of Georgia and North Carolina.
