Carol Michel Speaking at International Cabin Safety Conference
Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC partner Carol Michel presented at the 2nd annual International Cabin Safety Conference on October 24, 2012 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Ms. Michel’s topic was entitled, “The Dilemma of the Disruptive Passenger.” Her presentation discussed the types of claims brought against commercial airlines from unruly or disruptive passengers who were detained by authorities, and various practical and legal issues that must be addressed by airlines. Conference attendees included airline industry leaders, cabin safety personnel and aviation experts.
