Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC partner Al Maxwell was co-chair of the American Conference Institute's 5th National Forum on Food-Borne Illness Litigation. The conference took place November 30, 2011 in Chicago, IL. Mr. Maxwell presented on “Settlement Strategies: How to Effectively Assess the Value of the Claim and Negotiate a Long Term Resolution.” He presented along with Leo Knowles, Senior Vice President & Chief Counsel at ConAgra Foods Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska.
