Tony Smith Moderator at International Arbitration Conference
Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC partner Tony Smith will be moderating a panel discussion at the 8th Annual Miami International Arbitration Conference on March 22, 2010. The program is sponsored by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Smith will be moderating the discussion entitled “International Construction Projects - Corporate Counsel's Perspective on Designing their Conflict Management Policies.” Panelists include Edward W.
