Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC attorney Jason Poulos presented on "FCPA and Global Anti-Corruption Compliance - Practical Applications for In-House Counsel" for the Atlanta Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Section on June 7 at The Buckhead Club. The seminar offered practical suggestions for in-house lawyers and compliance officers who are charged with ensuring a state of effective compliance. Mr. Poulos started the discussion where most Foreign Corrupt Practices Act seminars stop. He spoke from experience and offered real world advice based on his subject matter expertise and deep dived into compliance efforts during his tenure in-house.
