Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC partner Al Maxwell presented at the Grocery Manufacturers Association's Food Claims and Litigation Conference on February 23 in Dana Point, California. The program was tailored to in-house and outside counsel for restaurants, retailers, distributors and consumer products manufacturers in the food industry. Mr. Maxwell presented on "Some Recent and Emerging Trends in Foodborne Illness Litigation."
