Three Attorneys Elected to WWHGD Partnership
Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been promoted to the Firm’s partnership: Lawrence “Larry” E. Burkhalter, Mark R. Johnson and Claire C. Murray. Following is biographical information on each:
Larry Burkhalter is a resident in the Firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability and professional negligence. He has litigated and resolved cases involving serious injury, including wrongful death and permanent brain injury. Mr. Burkhalter was named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.
Mark Johnson’s practice focuses on product liability, transportation litigation, toxic torts, construction litigation and premises liability. He has handled and resolved cases in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Johnson received both his B.A. and J.D. from Mercer University.
Claire Murray’s practice focuses on professional liability, product liability, pharmaceuticals, medical device liability and premises liability. Her practice primarily involves the representation of hospitals and surgical centers. She has litigated cases in California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada and South Carolina. Ms. Murray received her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Georgia and her J.D. with high honors from St. Thomas University.
