- Assisted with Defense of Residential Developer following claims of construction defects by homeowners association, including coordination of Third-Party Claims.
- Assisted with defense of Subcontractors in claims made for Construction Defect in both residential and commercial project, including defense of Developer's accompanying claims for indemnity and contribution.
- Defense of various individuals and business entities in cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and construction injuries.
