- Assisted with defense of a landscaping company, following a traumatic accident involving a company truck and a motorcycle; favorably decided by the jury on behalf of our client.
- Assisted with post-trial settlement involving largest construction case in Nevada against a renowned Las Vegas casino and resort.
- Assisted with dismissal of product liability case against North Carolina furniture retailer.
- Handled dismissal of a Georgia gaming client’s labor and employment suit.
