Representative Cases/Experience
- National coordinating counsel for pharmaceutical manufacturer arising out of a professionally labeled OTC product.
- Handled national defense of international medical device manufacturer in litigation arising out of recall of surgically implanted urological incontinence device; involved 750 separate cases spanning nearly all 50 states and four trials.
- Georgia counsel for several defendants in hormone replacement therapy litigation.
- Defended over 450 silicone breast implant cases in Georgia.
- Represents national equipment rental company in matters ranging from false arrest to catastrophic injury in Georgia and other jurisdictions.
- Favorably defended large medical device company during month long trial in a case alleging that defective brain aneurysm coil caused a catastrophic stroke.
- Represents national farm and agricultural equipment manufacturer in Georgia product liability litigation.
