- Received favorable judgment in a premises liability slip and fall case; judgment was a mere fraction of final pre-trial offer.
- Participated and received a favorable judgment in the defense of a trial involving alleged wrongful death of a pedestrian.
- Obtained summary judgment for a landlord in a tort action against the landlord for negligence after a dog attack.
- Currently working on nationwide defense of lawsuits involving alleged negligence against pharmaceutical companies.
- Currently defending trucking companies in lawsuits alleging negligence against the drivers of the vehicles.
