Has litigated and favorably resolved cases involving product liability, serious injury, wrongful death, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes
Representative Cases/Experience
- Defense verdict for a national marine supply manufacturer in products liability action involving alleged serious personal injury resulting from a defective product. Jury found that the manufacturer was not legally responsible for the alleged injuries.
- Defense verdict for a national pest control company sued for negligence when its driver rear-ended another vehicle, causing alleged personal injuries. Jury found that there was no causal connection between the accident and the alleged injuries.
- Successfully represented a national automotive manufacturer in multiple cases and negotiated favorable settlements in several products liability suits alleging catastrophic injury and/or wrongful death; including multi-district litigation.
- Favorably settled bad faith actions on behalf of commercial property insurers arising from hurricane damage.
- Successfully represented death and disability insurers in coverage disputes.
