Richard H. “Rick” Hill, II
Rick’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability, common carrier liability, aviation law and medical malpractice. Rick has litigated and resolved cases involving serious injury and wrongful death in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and California.
Representative Cases/Experience
- Served as national coordinating counsel for international common carrier in wrongful death and personal injury cases arising from motor coach accidents.
- Represents national and regional long haul trucking companies throughout the U.S. in wrongful death and personal injury cases arising from tractor trailer accidents.
- Represents major tire manufacturers throughout the U.S. in defense of personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from tire failures.
- Represents national and regional automobile service centers in claims alleging negligent inspection and maintenance of automobiles and tires.
- Represented physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in wrongful death and personal injury actions involving allegations of medical malpractice.
- Represented Fixed Base Operators (“FBOs”) in actions involving allegations of negligent operation and maintenance of fixed wing aircraft.
