- Obtained defense verdict and attorneys' fees in catastrophic transportation suit.
- Represented major trucking and freight companies across the United States following accidents often involving allegations of drug use by drivers.
- Defends one of the top hospital operators in the United States in a variety of matters in jurisdictions throughout the country.
