- Currently assisting in defense of one of the world’s largest engineering and design firms in arbitration brought by design build contractor concerning construction of largest state-funded land improvement in State of South Carolina.
- Currently assisting in the defense of several medical professionals in various professional negligence actions.
- Currently assisting in defense of a large commercial contractor for a motor vehicle accident which resulted in severe injuries to multiple plaintiffs.
