- Defense verdict for a national property management company in DeKalb County, Georgia, in a case alleging toxic mold and permanent injury to an individual.
- Successfully defended a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia, in an alleged medical malpractice wrongful death case.
- Defense verdict for a plastic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia, in a medical malpractice case where the plaintiff sought over $1.5 million.
- Defended an international hotel and resort in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in a clear liability case where a medical doctor was killed due to carbon monoxide exposure and his wife was permanently brain damaged; verdict over $125 million below pre-trial demand.
- Obtained favorable verdict for one of the world’s largest aggregate manufacturers in Fresno, California, in a case of clear liability involving severe permanent injuries to a male in his early 20s.
