Representative Cases/Experience
- Defense verdict for hospital in Miami-Dade County, Florida in case alleging permanent nerve damage and reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
- Defended and obtained favorable settlement on behalf of Palm Beach County company and employee involved in a motor vehicle accident in which plaintiff suffered permanent brain damage.
- Defended and obtained favorable settlement on behalf of company sued for alleged negligent hiring and retention of employee engaged in criminal sexual misconduct with minors.
- Defended hospital and nurse in liability case in Palm Beach County, Florida in which Plaintiff suffered permanent brain damage and pre-trial demand exceeded $40 million.
- Successfully pursued appeal to the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami-Dade County, Florida on behalf of dentist in professional negligence case where appellant attempted to compel binding arbitration after claim was denied pre-suit.
