Practice focuses on civil litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts with emphasis on construction litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability litigation, product liability litigation, premises liability litigation and catastrophic injury. Has assisted in cases involving commercial contract disputes, serious personal injury and wrongful death throughout the United States.
Representative Cases/Experience
- Defended clients in an admitted liability trucking case with special damages exceeding $1.5 million and where Plaintiff alleged traumatic brain injury among other severe injuries; Jury trial resulted in verdict for $4.5 million less than Plaintiff's final demand and $10.5 million less than what Plaintiff asked from jury.
- Prosecution and defense of high-exposure construction litigation, subrogation matters and business disputes throughout the United States.
- Currently representing construction project owners, design professionals and contractors in construction litigation throughout the United States.
- Currently assisting contractors, subcontractors and sub-subcontractors in Miller Act, Little Miller Act and Prompt Payment Act litigation throughout the United States.
- Currently assisting design professionals before the various Boards of Contract Appeals and Court of Federal Claims.
- Currently representing architects and engineers in the defense of professional negligence and breach of contract disputes.
- Defense of manufacturers and transportation service providers in catastrophic tort and product liability litigation throughout the United States.
- Currently representing residential and business complexes in premises liability matters involving death and catastrophic injury throughout the United States.
- Currently representing security companies and landowners in premises liability and third-party crime cases throughout the United States.
