Representative Cases/Experience
- Represents leading payment processor in business disputes involving merchants and ISOs nationwide and also provides counsel regarding various operational issues.
- Successfully defending National Football League (NFL) in claims by former players that the NFL caused them to suffer over $10 million in investment losses.
- Successfully briefed and argued opposition to class certification on behalf of nationally-recognized hospital.
- Obtained jury verdict in favor of wireless service provider against statutory claims related to computer error affecting hundreds of customers.
- Successfully defended investment brokerage in NASD arbitration brought by customer who had lost over $1 million in the stock market.
- Successfully represented general contractor in two-week AAA arbitration brought by subcontractor claiming excessive delays to multi-million dollar project.
- Prosecuted and defended numerous indemnification actions in manufacturing, broadcast, credit card, construction and transportation industries.
- Successfully represented private equity firm in lawsuit arising out of its acquisition of manufacturer in acrimonious bidding contest.
- Obtained favorable ruling for international beverage company in AAA arbitration relating to a beverage supply agreement.
