- Spent approximately seven months on-site during an $8 million construction project for a Las Vegas casino and resort overseeing negotiations and various drafting of contracts.
- Successfully appealed judgment against casino and resort owner on breach of contract claim.
- Successfully appealed judgment against general contractor on breach of contract claim.
- Assisted with arbitration of lien claim and negotiated favorable result on behalf of electrical contractor.
- Assisted with personal injury matter concerning actions of security officers on behalf of a national casino resort corporation and negotiated favorable resort in favor of client.
- Successfully obtained dismissal for psychiatric clinic in case involving abuse of prescriptions by patient.
