Representative Cases/Experience
- Assisted in defense of chemical manufacturer against claim that product caused explosion injuring and/or killing 30 people.
- Assisted in defense of restaurant against dram shop action involving a teenager and a catastrophic injury.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a national transportation company in a Michigan case where a bus driver was attacked by a passenger resulting in injuries to plaintiff.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of manufacturer of product containing asbestos after plaintiff died of mesothelioma.
- Currently assisting with representation of physicians group in medical negligence case.
