Has litigated cases on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, materialmen, engineers and design professionals in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina.
Representative Cases/Experience
- Defended of one of the world’s largest engineering and design firms in arbitration brought by design-build contractor concerning construction of largest state-funded construction project in South Carolina history.
- Assisted with defense of supplier of cableway crane towers in $100 million dispute.
- Represented leading mechanical contractor in eastern United States in construction defect disputes in southeast.
- Assisted in defense of mining companies in suit alleging more than $100 million in damages to thousands of claimants.
