Representative Cases/Experience

Obtained favorable verdict in trial involving the attempted eviction of a commercial tenant.
Secured defense verdict in arbitration involving allegations of financial advisor misconduct and recommendations of unsuitable investments.
Assisted in obtaining favorable settlement prior to issuance of summary judgment on products liability case where plaintiff was allegedly exposed to chemicals containing benzene that caused myelogenous leukemia.
Obtained multiple convictions in criminal jury trials as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County.
