Representative Cases/Experience
- Obtained favorable verdict in trial involving the attempted eviction of a commercial tenant.
- Secured defense verdict in arbitration involving allegations of financial advisor misconduct and recommendations of unsuitable investments.
- Assisted in obtaining favorable settlement prior to issuance of summary judgment on products liability case where plaintiff was allegedly exposed to chemicals containing benzene that caused myelogenous leukemia.
- Obtained multiple convictions in criminal jury trials as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County.
