Representative Cases/Experience
- Obtained directed verdict in malpractice suit against licensed professional counselor and counseling center.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a textile mill in a premises liability action in which the plaintiff claimed Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and permanent disability as a result of foot being crushed by a large roller.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a hospital in a medical malpractice wrongful death case.
- Obtained directed verdict on behalf of an automobile dealership in a malicious prosecution case.
