Focuses her practice on commercial litigation and high-exposure products liability litigation, with special emphasis on cases involving claims of fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, deceptive trade practices, negligent design and manufacture, strict products liability and wrongful death. Represents individuals, small companies and multi-national manufacturers, distributors and retailers throughout all stages of litigation, from initial discovery to pre-trial motions and trial. Has briefed numerous cases in various state and federal courts, and has significant appellate experience before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.
