Broad-based, complex trial practice involves the representation of corporations and individuals involved in almost every aspect of business in the United States. Has significant experience in construction law, representing all entities involved in the construction industry, including owners, sureties, architects/engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Has handled matters in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Canada and Australia. Also represents clients nationally in complex product liability, transportation and premises liability matters.
