- Assisted in successful defense of national hotel chain against numerous tort claims arising out of a hotel fire which injured numerous guests and lead to one fatality.
- Assisted in successful defense of national track loader manufacturer against claims of defective design, defective manufacturing and failure to warn.
- Assisted in defense of regional waste transportation company in action involving catastrophic injuries.
- Assisted in successful defense of national industrial tractor manufacturer in action involving claims of defective design, defective manufacturing, breach of warranty and failure to warn.
- Currently assisting in defense of multiple industrial machinery manufacturers against various product liability claims involving catastrophic injuries.
- Currently assisting in defense of health care providers in a variety of healthcare related matters involving claims of malpractice.
