- Defense verdict on behalf of a national property management company in DeKalb County, Georgia - toxic mold and permanent injury allegations.
- Successfully defended trucking company and driver in a case involving brain injury; Plaintiff sought $17.5M and received $500K verdict.
- Obtained favorable verdict for one of the world's largest aggregate manufacturers in Fresno, California - clear liability case with severe permanent injuries to a male in his early 20s.
- Defended an international hotel and resort in a Wyoming federal court where a medical doctor was killed due to carbon monoxide exposure and his wife was permanently brain damaged; verdict over $125 million below pre-trial demand.
- Defense verdict for a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia - alleged medical malpractice wrongful death case.
- Defense verdict for a plastic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia – medical malpractice claims seeking over $1.5 million.
- Received favorable results as lead trial attorney in three cases in 2008.
- Successfully defended cable company in clear liability wrongful death case; verdict less than half of Plaintiff’s lowest demand.
- Lead defense counsel for trucking company in a wrongful death/punitive damages case in Arkansas; mistrial due to violation by Plaintiffs’ counsel.
