Successfully defended trucking company and driver in a case involving brain injury; Plaintiff sought $17.5M and received $500K verdict.
Obtained favorable verdict for one of the world's largest aggregate manufacturers in Fresno, California - clear liability case with severe permanent injuries to a male in his early 20s.
Defended an international hotel and resort in a Wyoming federal court where a medical doctor was killed due to carbon monoxide exposure and his wife was permanently brain damaged; verdict over $125 million below pre-trial demand.
Defense verdict for a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia - alleged medical malpractice wrongful death case.
Defense verdict for a plastic surgeon in Fulton County, Georgia – medical malpractice claims seeking over $1.5 million.
