- Assisting in defense of Chinese drywall suppliers that were major targets of thousands of claimants in Multi District Litigation involving numerous class actions. Litigated indemnity claims against foreign manufacturers.
- Assisted in defense of national hotel management company in carbon monoxide exposure litigation.
- Assisted in defense of pharmaceutical manufacturer in litigation arising out of a professional labeled OTC product.
- Assisted in defense of international transaction processing company in business disputes nationwide.
- Assisted in winning summary judgment for a retailers association of 800+ stores in defense of a class action in which plaintiffs alleged the group's membership criteria and contracts with vendors discriminated on the basis of race.
