- Has nineteen years of design, engineering and construction experience in the nuclear power (TVA, Virginia Power and Ohio Edison), oil and gas, telecom and manufacturing industries.
- Ten years of contract management experience involving scope definition, contract drafting, bidding, evaluation and award, and execution.
- Currently representing Florida design and engineering firm in contract dispute over design and engineering services for large residential apartment complex.
- Currently representing Alabama contracting company in warranty dispute over modifications at large government housing complex.
- Currently assisting in representation of large food manufacturer in high profile foodborne illness litigation.
- Succesfully defended Tennessee contractor in dispute over bid process with subcontractor resulting in dismissal.
- Assisted in defending one of the world's largest engineering and design firms in $75 million dispute brought by design build contractor over the adequacy of design of bridge in Charleston, South Carolina.
- Assisted in successfully representing several residential builders in breach of contract, breach of warranty and negligence arbitrations in Georgia.
- Prior to joining WWHGD, served as Vice President of Professional Services for an Atlanta-based company servicing the oil and gas industry's regulatory needs.
